Will Rodecap
NOCSAE Board Member
The NOCSAE board of directors represents a diverse and passionate group of sport and medical professionals who work together toward the common goal of reducing sport-related injuries. They serve without compensation.
Will Rodecap has represented the Athletic Equipment Managers Association on NOCSAE’s board of directors since 2020. Will is the head athletic equipment manager at Kansas State University and previously held athletic equipment management positions at Kansas Athletics, Colorado State University, and the University of Tulsa Athletics. He received an Associate degree in Agriculture from Highland Community College, a BS in Economics at Kansas State University and an MS in Adult Education and Human Resources from Colorado State University.
Will has served on several helmet, shoulder pad and protective equipment forums and councils. He has been part of twenty-two post-season bowl games at the FBS level and five conference championships. Will’s former students have gone on to work as certified equipment managers at the FBS and NFL Levels.
The Athletic Equipment Managers Association represents equipment managers across the sports industry. The AEMA’s mission is to promote, advance, and improve the equipment manager’s profession in all its many phases, including advancing improvements for the greater safety of all participants in sports and recreation.
