Request for proposal
NOCSAE has a formal Request for Proposal process, which is a separate process from the Small and Large Grant programs. The RFP program is activated by the board of directors when there is a need to direct research on a specific topic.
Each request for proposal announced by the board will:
- State the purpose of the investigation
- Describe the scope and goals of the research topic(s)
Proposals from researchers are required to include the following:
- Research strategy
- Investigator biographical sketches
- Budget
The final decision for funding is made by the NOCSAE Board of Directors.
Questions about RFPs may be directed to Research Director Kim D. Barber Foss PhD at Research@nocsae.org.
