The NOCSAE board of directors represents a diverse and passionate group of sport and medical professionals who work together toward the common goal of reducing sport-related injuries. They serve without compensation.

NOCSAE Vice President Gregg Hartley

Gregg Hartley is a NOCSAE vice president and represents the Sports & Fitness Industry Association on NOCSAE’s board of directors. He has served on NOCSAE’s board since 2004. Currently Gregg serves as consultant for the SFIA in the areas of Standards & Compliance and the sport categories of football, baseball, softball, and lacrosse. Previously he served as SFIA vice president until opening greggconsulting. Gregg consults on the SFIA’s behalf with various sports organizations, including the NCAA, the National Federation of State High School Associations, NOCSAE, and the ASTM. He is also a voting member of the ASTM on the F08 Committee for Sports and Recreation. Gregg attended Appalachian State University and graduated with a dual degree in Business Management and Recreation Management.

The Sports & Fitness Industry Association is a sports trade association representing its member companies and promoting a healthy environment for the sporting goods industry. The SFIA represents more than 700 sporting goods and fitness brands, manufacturers, retailers, governing bodies, and sports leagues, and provides access to thought leadership, advocacy and public affairs, research, and member services for these organizations.
