The NOCSAE board of directors represents a diverse and passionate group of sport and medical professionals who work together toward the common goal of reducing sport-related injuries. They serve without compensation.

NOCSAE Board Member Becca Huebner

Becca Huebner represents the Athletic Equipment Managers Association on NOCSAE’s board of directors. She joined the board in 2022. Becca currently serves as associate director of equipment services at Northwestern Athletics and previously held a position at Tulane University and worked as a student-manager at Ball State University. Within the AEMA, she also sits on the District 5 board, serves as the treasurer and is the co-chair of the Educational Committee which publishes educational journals and oversees updates for the AEMA certification manual. Becca received her BS degree in Sports Administration from Ball State University and her certification as an athletic equipment manager from the AEMA.

The Athletic Equipment Managers Association represents equipment managers across the sports industry. The AEMA’s mission is to promote, advance, and improve the equipment manager’s profession in all its many phases, including advancing improvements for the greater safety of all participants in sports and recreation.
