I. APPLICATION PROCEDURES
A. The application must be completed in full and submitted together with all supporting materials requested in the application form.
B. The cover page, Principal Investigator’s biographical sketch (no other investigators), the one-page abstract and a budget are required. Specific guidelines for the abstract can be found in Section 2 (Project Summary Abstract) of the Full Grant Proposal instructions on this website.
C. Your complete application, which includes the letter of intent, must be received by June 1, 2020. One hard copy and one electronic application in (PDF) format are required. Send all materials to the NOCSAE Research Director:

D. After review by the NOCSAE Board of Directors, full proposals will be invited by July 29, 2020. Invited full proposals will be due by September 10, 2020 for the external review taking place October 2020. The approval of funding for accepted proposals is anticipated for February 2021.
